Shipping and Installation

Basic delivery and installation are included with all models. Typical installation requires forklift access. An estimated surcharge may apply for oversized crane requirements, difficult access, extended travel, or unusual site conditions.

Your building is factory-built and delivered to your property in one or more sections depending on the model. Installation typically uses a forklift, and a crane may be required for certain sites.

Customers are responsible for completing the level concrete foundation, electrical stub, delivery access, and local HOA permitting and approval before installation.

Yes. Each building requires an approved concrete foundation or pad on a level surface that is properly sized, cured, accessible, and ready before delivery.

Requirements vary by location. The property owner is responsible for permits, zoning approvals, utility approvals, and HOA authorization. Elevated Fairways can provide building specifications and drawings.

Typical production time ranges from approximately 4 to 10 weeks after final design approval, scheduling, and site readiness.

Storage, rescheduling, return trips, delays, or additional equipment caused by an incomplete site may result in additional charges.

The delivery route and installation area must provide adequate room for the transport vehicle, forklift, crew, building sections, and any required crane. Trees, gates, slopes, power lines, and other restrictions may affect the installation plan and final cost.

An on-site visit is not usually required during the design phase. It may be required if a video walkthrough is inconclusive for equipment access or site preparation. Additional charges may apply for on-site visits.

Every Elevated Fairways build includes a Limited Lifetime Structural Frame Warranty, a 2-Year Workmanship Warranty, and a 1-Year Systems-Installation Warranty. Third-party equipment is covered by the applicable manufacturer warranty.

Yes, subject to local laws, zoning, property restrictions, insurance, and equipment compatibility. Elevated Fairways has partnered with ParSims to help qualified owners explore rental use.

Elevated Fairways does not offer direct financing. ParSims, our official partner, may help owners offset monthly ownership costs by renting out their Sim Build when not in use.
